Glad you took a look at my blog. Any time Toronto is faced with more flooding, you know where to look for some creative answers. Loved your post about reasons to move to Toronto. Although I don’t plan to move there, I may plan to visit there. I’d say you have an outrageous mayor, but we’ve had a few that could tow the line with him (or smoke a pipe) here in the States.
